Elisa Masters Espoo groups, schedule revealed

A raft of squads in the top 20 are set to fight it out on LAN in Espoo, Finland.

The groups and group stage schedule for Elisa Masters Espoo 2023 have been revealed, with an all-Americas matchup between Complexity and FURIA serving up one of the more interesting battles on the opening day.

The $200,000 tournament will take place in Espoo, Finland and pit eight teams against each other. Two groups of four will play out a GSL-style group stage, with the opening matchups being best-of-one before best-of-three takes over.

The top two teams from each group will progress to a single elimination playoff bracket, with best-of-three semi-finals and a best-of-five grand final. The winner takes home $100,000 in prize money.

Many will be curious about the roster fnatic will compete with at the tournament, as the European squad recently parted ways with two of their players. No information is available yet as to fnatic's lineup for the event, and they have just over a week to remedy the situation.
