According to rakaka.se, fnatic are on the brink of picking up Richard "Xizt" Landström from Lions.
The Swedish giants are believed to be in the market for fresh blood after reports indicated they are about to lose Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg, Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund and Rasmus "Gux" Ståhl.
Richard "Xizt" Landström, who has been with Lions since the team migrated from H2k Gaming in the summer, has become one of the most sought-after properties in Sweden.
He played for SK Gaming as a stand-in in the SEC qualifiers and was considered as a temporary solution for the main event, but Jimmy "allen" Allen returned in time for the competition.
Landström is expected to join fnatic together with free agent Marcus "Delpan" Larsson, which would leave the team with one spot to fill.
Lions veteran Niklas "niko" Johansson has been mooted as a likely choice, but rakaka.se understands that ex-mTw star Christoffer "Sunde" Sunde, who can speak Swedish fluently, is also part of the equation.
The fnatic roster for the new year reportedly looks as follows:
Patrik "cArn" Sättermon
Harley "dsn" Örwall
Marcus "Delpan" Larsson
Richard "Xizt" Landström
Niklas "niko" Johansson (?)
Christoffer "Sunde" Sunde (?)
