KF3 behind new zX9 team
The zX9 tag has been revivified as Øyvind "KF3" Magnestad has announced a new team following the disbandment of .no.
When alchemists yesterday announced the acquisition of Karl William "kalle" Haraldsen and Tommy "tacky" Mosgaard, it became known that the .no team had disintegrated - despite the lack of any official statements.
The former NiP member Øyvind "KF3" Magnestad has composed a new team, bringing in Kenneth "REASTEN" Kristiansen, who recently left Never Ending Brotherhood, and a few international unknown faces.
The new squad will take on the name zX9, reviving a tag that hasn't been actively used since 2006. zX9 once housed old school Norwegian players, such as Lars "Naikon" Olaisen and Hallvar "knoxville" Dehli.
zX9 now have:
Øyvind "KF3" Magnestad
Hans Petter "CLd" Nykkelmo
Benjamin "Ben" Brahimi
Kenneth "REASTEN" Kristiansen
Morten "zeves" Vollan
Contacted by HLTV.org, Magnestad said the team hopes to attend the newly announced fnatic PLAY opener, a tournament which will allow 64 teams to enter.
