zNation merge teams for CS:GO
The Russian organization zNation has announced a merger between the Counter-Strike: Source and 1.6 teams, creating a team for the soon to be released Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
The organization has for quite some time been housing two CS squads, but with the release of CS:GO on the horizon, the decision has been made to shut down the CS:S team and pick three players for the new lineup. The 1.6 team has not been shut down, but sees two members leave for CS:GO.

zNation gears up for CS:GO
The two players making the switch from 1.6 are Pavel "AERO" Surmach and Nikita "wAke" Totskiy, joining the CS:S trio to make the following zNation lineup for CS:GO:
Paul "AERO" Surmach
Nikita " wAke" Totski
Nikita "fabi" Kvochkin
Alexander "Lk" Lemeshev
Dmitry "squiz" Leontiev
In the announcement on the organization's website it is stated that additional information regarding the players deciding to stay in the 1.6 lineup will be released soon.
