FYRR73 to fnatic - Report
Emil "FYRR73" Karlsson is likely to leave WinFakt in order to join fnatic, reports in Sweden indicate.
fnatic have been without a fifth player since seeing Richard "Xizt" Landström leaving the team in order to take part in the revival of NiP and start a career within Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
According to fragbite.se, who cite several unnamed sources, Emil "FYRR73" Karlsson is believed to be fnatic's next acquisition, which will entail saying goodbye to WinFakt.
Not much has been heard from WinFakt since the team picked up former a2g member John "wenton" Eriksson after Björn "threat" Pers decided to retire from professional gaming.
On August 17, fnatic CGO Patrick "cArn" Sättermon tweeted that fnatic's new player had been decided. Yesterday, he tweeted "73," with some interpreting this as a hint to Karlsson's nick.
The Swedish player will likely travel to Shanghai, China, with fnatic to attend the Counter-Strike: Online K1 League if he gets signed.
fnatic's possible five:
Michael "Friis" Jørgensen
Finn "karrigan" Andersen
Martin "trace" Heldt
Andreas "MODDII" Fridh
Emil "FYRR73" Karlsson
