The CS:GO team known as Finnish Royalty have announced that they have cut all ties with ROCCAT.
The Finnish team were recently on show in the Nordic ESWC qualifiers, losing 2-1 to Lions in the Round of 16 in a match in which they had to play with a stand-in.
According to team manager Mikael "unef0is" Miettinen, the deal with ROCCAT was never meant to be permanent, so the players have decided to go in a different direction and try to find a new home on their own.
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that longtime members Ville "CISU" Leppälä and Juha "aNGeldusT" Kurppa are no longer part of the team and will be replaced by former Anexis duo Tom "stonde" Glad and Marko "MAKKE" Mattila.
"Last spring, Roccat contacted us and they wanted us to play under Roccat tag at CPH Games 2012, the deal being only for that LAN," Miettinen told HLTV.org.
"After that, they still wanted to support us and we are thankful for that. Big thanks to Roccat and especially to Markus Frey.
"We are looking for an organization, whom we can represent at NorthCon 2012 in Germany and DreamHack Winter 2012 in Sweden.
"If you're interested in working with us, you can contact me via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, or on Skype: unef0is."
The former ROCCAT team, who will also compete in the CyberGamer Invite League, have the following line-up:
Taneli "disturbed" Veikkola
Olli "kononen" Salmi
Christer "nashje" Loukas
Marko "MAKKE" Mattila
Tom "stonde" Glad
