I work from 9 to 17-30 with 30 mins break. Occasionally need to do a bit more, like 1h call after 17-30 once a week. This may change though if the load on my team grows and I won't be able to do much ...

man, I think the point here was that not everywhere you have labor protection laws and people just work 12 hours a day 6 days a week.
