you only need about 2 rest days for the muscles that u have worked
if i was you i would just lock days to certain muscle groups to hit them twice a week every week. but this is just a recommendation, do as u want :=) btw, if ur calves are lacking then just hit them...
Just saying, hitting EVERY muscle twice a week is optimal for growth and strength.
